POSITION: Senior Process Engineer (2)

Summary/Overview: Be responsible for ensuring processes, systems and implementation plans are in place to manage both the technical and process integrity of the manufacturing in compliance with standards, procedures and industry regulations. Provide engineering advice and support to RD personnel.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day discipline technical support to operators; Involvement in defining and follow-up of NPI&NPT; Lead process improvements in plant reliability and safety and process feedback; Troubleshooting in collaboration with the operators and performing root-cause analyses; Responsible for ensuring relevant engineering documents and technical docs associated with operation procedures are up to date and technical approval and reconfirmation; Carry out regular plant visits with a particular focus on Process Accuracy and audit follow-up

Education, Qualifications: Bachelor degree in engineering or similar; Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience; Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems; Creative, precise and innovative in finding solutions to process problems; Knowledge of petroleum machinery products preferred;
